Where do you ship?

Paws & Cherish ships worldwide. If you have a need, we can get it to you.

What shipping methods do you offer? 

Within the U.S. ships via UPS (3-5 business days depending upon your location) or USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days depending upon your location). Outside of the continental U.S. we use the USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days depending upon your location) and will provide a tracking number for all orders when shipped.

When will my order ship from

We understand the need for timeliness and will ship your order right away. Typically all orders are shipped the next business day when ordered by 3PM EST. 

Can you put a rush on my order?

Yes, absolutely. Please contact us when you place your order for rates for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select with UPS, or to confirm a delivery date for UPS Ground.

Is Saturday delivery available?

Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge of $15. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail when offered in the listing.

Can I track my order once shipped?

Yes, we will send you the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

What should I do if my order was damaged during shipping?

Please contact us immediately if your order was damaged in shipping so we can send a replacement at no additional cost.
